My agents sent this over to me today for some stupid sitcom that I wouldn't watch even if they paid me.

"Please do not submit any performers who do not answer the following question in the affirmative: "Are you fully vaccinated or do you have a disability or a sincerely held religious belief that prevents you from becoming vaccinated?" In order to be considered fully vaccinated, you MUST get the additional booster dose, if you are eligible, no later than 24 hours prior to the start of engagement. If you are not eligible for a booster at the start of engagement, you MUST get the additional booster dose when you become eligible if you are still rendering services. You are eligible for a booster if you are either (a) 5 months past the final dose of a two-dose series of vaccine (e.g. AZ, Pfizer, Moderna) or (b) 2 months past the date of the single J&J vaccine. Performers who have a disability or a sincerely held religious belief that prevents them from becoming vaccinated, must request an accommodation through the Company. Employment is conditioned upon providing proof of full vaccination, including a booster if eligible, or, alternatively, verification of the disability or sincerely held religious belief and a determination by the Company that an accommodation can be made."
